Made from platinum silicone, this mold will enable you to make up to 8 traditional Bordeaux cannelés. It absorbs heat well for better cooking and caramelization of pastries. The result is cannelés that are lightly crisp on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside.

In fact, silicone can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +280°C. It is therefore suitable for baking in a conventional oven, microwave or bain-marie. Rely on it to make your fabulous desserts a success.

What's more, this mold is also flexible and non-stick, making removal from the mold easy and effortless.
