De Buyer fine silicone brush

The De Buyer silicone brush is perfect for brushing on all your preparations!

A practical and versatile utensil, the silicone brush is indispensable for brushing egg yolk on pastry to be browned in the oven, for applying marinade to meats to be grilled, or for drizzling syrup over a cake to be soaked, for example.

The brush is available in 2 sizes:

- 19.5cm: head size: 3.7 x 3.4 cm; weight: 20g

- 25cm: head size: 3.9 x 3.4 cm; weight: 40g

The brush bristles are made of silicone, a material widely used in the kitchen for its hygienic properties. As the bristles are made of silicone, you're guaranteed not to find any in your food, for perfectly healthy tasting. The number of bristles is designed to ensure optimum use of the brush: it has high covering power. To avoid crushing the product you're working with, the brush is flexible.
