Description
This Alla France thermometer features a 12.5cm stainless steel piercing probe (diameter 3.5mm). It's perfect for taking the temperature of your meats, as its slimness means you can insert it inside the meat without damaging the pieces. So you can take the temperature right to the heart, for perfect cooking!
It can measure temperature variations from -50°C to +300°C, and this is displayed on the digital screen for easy reading. You can also display the temperature in °C or °F (this function is set on the front of the thermometer). Accuracy is -+1°C from -0 to +100°C, and -+2°C for the rest of the measurement range.
The thermometer comes with a protective cap that fits over the probe once you've finished using it. This cap has a small clip on the side, so you can hang it up like a pen cap.
