Description
This Alla France waterproof thermometer probe is a particularly appreciated utensil in professional environments, or by apprentices in hotel management schools. It complies with HACCP standards and comes with a certificate of accuracy, as well as an individual manufacturing number (the instructions are also inside the package).
The 12.5cm probe with its fine tip is easy to insert into your food or preparations during cooking. It comes with its own protective cap after use.
The device measures temperature variations from -50°C to +200°C, and this is displayed on the digital screen for easy reading.
Temperature can be displayed in °C or °F. Accuracy is -+0.5°C from -20 to +100°C, and -+1.5°C for the rest of the measurement range.
The gray device also features a "HOLD" button on the front of the case, enabling you to lock the temperature display.
You can also calibrate the thermometer (following the instructions) to check its accuracy.
