Description
This special macaroon baking cloth will delight all macaroon fans. It allows you to work precisely and evenly, without any headaches.
It's very thin, so you can place it on your baking tray before inserting it into the oven. Its non-stick matte surface makes it easy to peel off macaroon shells once they're baked. This is a real plus, as it's a delicate step!
The baking sheet is marked with indentations to enable you to poach your macaroons evenly. As a result, you'll have the same size shells, making baking easier and ensuring impeccable presentation.
Note that the cloth has 3 different markings: you can poach macaroons with a diameter of 35mm, 40mm or 45mm. It's up to you to choose the size you want to apply according to your needs.
The canvas is easy to clean after use: just wipe with a sponge and you're done.
