The smooth Elastomoule plate is perfect for preparing all your dessert bases!

Like the rest of the Elastomoule range, De Buyermanufactures this plate in France with the utmost respect for the needs of both professional and amateur pastry chefs.

The plate is made of top-of-the-range silicone foam, enhanced with metal powder. The metal powder enables the plate to withstand temperatures ranging from -70°C to +300°C and to distribute heat and cold evenly. As a result, you can use your plate both hot and cold, whether you're preparing a Joconde cookie, a sponge cake, fruit jellies or caramels.

Baking is even thanks to the metal powder, which also enhances the caramelization of the juices: your cookies are golden brown on top and bottom, and their taste is incomparable. For optimal baking, we recommend placing your baking tray on a rack or perforated baking tray. Your baking tray is compatible with domestic and professional ovens, bain-marie, refrigerators and freezers.

The baking sheet measures 55.5 x 36 x 1 cm, making it ideal for large quantities. Its interior surface is smooth and naturally non-stick, so there's no need to grease it except before first use. Don't use sharp objects inside, just a guitar to cut your individual portions. And don't heat your griddle when empty.

Although you can put your griddle in the dishwasher, we recommend washing it by hand to preserve all its features.
