The square mold is an indispensable utensil for making brownies and cakes that are easy to portion and always give equal portions. It's made of sturdy steel that reaches high temperatures (up to 220°C): heat diffusion is even and baking is uniform thanks to the caramelization of the juices.

The mold has a PTFE coating, guaranteed PFOA-free and non-stick, so your creations are easy to remove from the mold and perfectly safe for you. Be sure to grease your mold before use for even easier unmolding. What's more, this coating protects the steel against oxidation, making it easy to maintain.
