The De Buyer Milady Twisty 4-pan set takes your cooking to the next level! Top-of-the-range materials, a modular format, compatibility with all burners (including induction) and impeccable finishes: everything is designed for comfortable cooking, without weighing you down.

This smart set is your everyday companion, whether for a quick sauce or a family meal. And as always with De Buyer, sturdiness, design and know-how are the key words!

Ingenious design for all your recipes

Each pan is made from 304 stainless steel, a material widely used in professional kitchens for its hygienic properties and durability. The alloy resists thermal shock, won't warp, and retains neither odor nor taste: ideal for healthy, neutral, reliable cooking. Milady pans also feature a 7mm thick multi-layer bottom, guaranteeing even heat distribution and rapid heat-up.

This bottom is made up of three layers:

• 304 stainless steel interior: perfectly neutral for food contact
• Aluminum center: for efficient heat distribution over the entire surface
• Ferromagnetic stainless steel exterior: suitable for all burners, including induction

The bottom ensures excellent thermal inertia: you save energy, and keep your preparations at temperature longer. What's more, the pans have an elegant mirror finish that limits the adhesion of residues and makes them easy to clean, both by hand and in the dishwasher.

Sizes to suit every need

The Milady Twisty set comprises 4 pans with complementary volumes. This diversity of sizes means you can cook a wide range of recipes, from breakfast to family dinners:

• 14cm (1.2L ): perfect for reheating a sauce, melting butter or cooking a soft-boiled egg
• 16cm (1.6L): ideal for a portion of rice, a compote or a small soup
• 18cm (2.2L ): suitable for starches, steamed vegetables or individual simmered dishes
• 20cm (3L): generous size, perfect for families or cooking pasta

With these 4 pans, you can juggle quantities, recipes and occasions without ever running out of solutions!

The clever and secure Twisty removable system

Another great feature of this set is the Twisty system. Each pan is designed to be used with a handle or removable handles that can be clipped on or off in a flash. This ingenious system makes it possible to cook, serve and store with the same set, without having to multiply the number of utensils. 1 handle and 2 removable black Twisty silicone handles are included in the set.

The benefits are many:

• Space-saving: in cupboards and the dishwasher
• Oven-safe: possible without handle or handles
• Table service: easier without decanting into another dish
• Safe handling: stable, reliable locking system

So you can switch from induction cooking to elegant table service with ease, while optimizing storage space in your drawers. A truly versatile solution, ideal for modern kitchens.

How to look after your Milady stainless steel saucepans?

To ensure that your pans last as long as possible, here are a few recommendations:

• Never heat an empty pan, as this could alter the properties of the multi-layer bottom
• Use wooden or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the stainless steel, especially if you stir frequently
• Wash them in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher: they stand up to frequent use
• Wipe them down quickly after washing to avoid traces of limescale and preserve their shine
• Apply a special stainless steel polishing paste from time to time to revive the metal's shine

By following these simple steps, your Milady saucepans will remain beautiful, efficient and pleasant to use for years to come!
