The curved glass and stainless steel De Buyer lid completes your cooking utensil for great stews!
This versatile lid fits De Buyer Alchimy frying pans, casseroles, sauté pans and saucepans. Available in 7 diameters: 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 28 and 32cm.
It's made from top-quality glass that's resistant to shocks and high temperatures. You can use the lid in your oven up to +200°C.
The lid features a steam evaporation hole. Water evaporates slowly, preventing the lid from lifting during cooking.
A stainless steel ring runs around the lid. Corrosion-resistant, the ring fits perfectly into the cooking utensil and prevents air from passing through. This lid is ideal for both simmering and reheating.
The lid also features a stainless steel trigger guard for easy and secure gripping. The elegant trigger guard is engraved with the De Buyer logo for added authenticity. Easy to clean, the lid is dishwasher-safe.
