Guaranteed with no added coatings or chemical components, the plancha benefits from antioxidant protection based on organic beeswax.

The plancha's large 38 x 26 cm cooking surface enables you to cook several foods at the same time: pieces of meat, skewers, vegetables, scallops or even fish cooked skin side down. The bottom of the plancha is ribbed in grill style. These striations not only mark the meat as if you were in a restaurant, but also prevent your food from sticking too much. This grill is perfect for searing, grilling and browning your food!

Practical, you can use the plancha on different heat sources as it is compatible with all burners including induction, but you can also place it on the coals of your barbecue to give a delicate smoky taste to your food. 2 stainless steel side handles make it easy to carry the plancha to your table for convivial service. They are riveted, tear-proof and stamped with the brand logo.

Over time, your plancha will turn black. This is a natural process, as it gradually becomes non-stick. This makes cooking even better. We recommend that you culotte your plancha before using it for the first time.

A maintenance booklet is supplied to help you with this. Please note that your plancha is not dishwasher-safe, so it can be easily cleaned by hand.
