De Buyerhas designed a range of high-quality, high-performance cake moulds to make your everyday life easier. This set of 4 Bordeaux fluted molds is made of steel, a robust material that reaches high temperatures allowing the juices to caramelize. Heat distribution and baking are even, resulting in golden, fluffy cakes.

These small molds can be used to make 5.5 x 5.2 cm cannelés, the perfect accompaniment to your coffee break. Highly functional, the moulds feature a PTFE coating making them non-stick for easy removal from the mould. PTFE also protects the steel from oxidation, making them easy to maintain. The coating is guaranteed PFOA-free, so enjoying your cannelés is safe for your health. It's advisable to grease your mold before pouring the preparation inside.

The molds can be put in the oven up to +220°C without deforming, and remain completely leakproof. They are not microwave or dishwasher-safe. Do not use sharp or metallic objects that could damage your molds, and wash them by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
