The blade is made of stainless steel enriched with chromium and molybdenum, a highly corrosion-resistant alloy. To improve cutting performance, the blade is vacuum-hardened using an ultra-modern process. It is also mirror-polished, making it perfectly smooth to prevent rust and bacteria from encrusting its surface.
The blade is sharpened with a grinding wheel, then the final sharpening is done by hand by a master sharpener for optimum sharpness. Afine-toothed Sharpening steel is required to maintain the edge on a daily basis. When the blade becomes dull, use a more abrasive sharpener, such as a diamond Sharpening steel or Sharpening stone.
The knife is available with a black or yellow handle. Practical for differentiating your knife from that of your colleagues to avoid cross-contamination. The handle is made of hard rubber-like synthetic material for comfort even under intensive use. As for the developed guard, it will make your use safer!
