Exosharp manual double Knife Sharpener: maximum efficiency!

The Exosharpsharpener is a great asset for keeping your favorite knives sharp.

2 notches are available on the top of the unit.

Notch n°1: the blades are made of tungsten carbide, a very hard material that will straighten dull blades.

Notch n°2: the blades are made of ceramic, with a few passes over its surface to polish the blade. This step is perfect for finishing a blade previously sharpened in slot 1, or for regular use, to avoid losing too much of your knife's sharpness.

For each use, we recommend a few passes through the slot of your choice (or both in succession), to obtain a rapid result. It's important to note that you need to pull the blade towards you, to do so in the right direction and achieve optimum results (follow the arrow on the top of the unit).

TheExosharpsharpener is also very easy to use thanks to its suction-cup base, which enables it to be clipped onto a flat surface. All you have to do is lock the device in the safety position (visible through the small padlock on the side of thesharpener), which stabilizes the device and allows you to use it with just one hand!

Small and compact, it's easy to transport if you're a cook on the move, or to store once you've finished using it (in a drawer, for example).

Don't hesitate any longer and opt for easy, fast, high-performance sharpening with this little sharpener that shouldn't be judged on its size!
