Gobel brioche moulds are perfect for making individual brioches, savoury or sweet to suit your taste!
This set includes 6 individual brioche molds measuring 8cm in diameter and 3.2cm in height. So they're perfect for individual portions where you can vary recipes! They are made of steel and are non-stick with a professional-quality two-layer coating. This double-layer system ensures better non-stick properties for quick and easy release from the mold! The double layer also makes the molds less brittle in use and increases their durability.
They can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C, making them suitable for all types of oven baking. The molds are guaranteed PFOA-free for healthy cooking.
For maintenance, we recommend washing the molds with dishwashing liquid, without using an abrasive sponge, and drying them thoroughly.
