Made of aluminum, it features excellent thermal conductivity. In fact, it ensures perfectly even cooking for impeccable results! You're sure to get caramelized cannelés with a soft center. To ensure easy removal of your cakes from the mould after baking, this mould has a 4-layer non-stick coating.

It's easy to use and highly functional! It can withstand temperatures up to 250°C, making it ideal for oven baking.

With it, you'll get 5.5cm-diameter and 5cm-high cannelés. This Gobel fluted mold is also available in Ø35mm and Ø45mm.

We advise you to clean your utensil with washing-up liquid without abrasive sponges, and to dry well before storing. We do not recommend dishwashing, as this may damage your equipment.
