Made of steel, itfeatures a reinforced two-layer non-stick coating. The non-stick coating is renowned for its effectiveness and longevity. In fact, the double layer ensures better demolding and greater sturdiness for your utensil, while prolonging its durability. The maximum temperature withstand is 250°.
