The Gobel round tourtière with movable bottom is your new ally in the kitchen! On the one hand, it lets you prepare a whole host of dishes: quiches, pies, tarts and even pizzas. And it's practical too, thanks in particular to its movable bottom, which ensures impeccable demolding of your recipes.

It's made from steel with a two-layer non-stick coating that ensures your mold will stand the test of time and last longer! Gobel's non-stick coating is renowned for its effectiveness and longevity. In fact, in addition to the movable base, this double layer will enable your preparations to be demolded more easily (unlike a single layer). With this tourtière, you're sure to have no more problems with sticking dough!

It's also guaranteed PFOA-free, so you can cook in complete safety. It can withstand oven temperatures of up to 250°C.

Last but not least, its fluted edge adds a touch of decoration to your pasta!

Your tourtière can be easily cleaned by hand with washing-up liquid, using the non-abrasive side of a sponge. The mould should be thoroughly dried before storing.
