There are several types of case to help you do just that. Soft cases and hard cases are the most commonly used solutions, but it's true that they're not necessarily optimal for all users. It is divided into 3 distinct sections:

1st section:

This is the space that lets you store up to 21 knives and kitchen utensils, as well as your cook's clothes. It is itself divided into 3 main parts:

- The left-hand section: this features a first internal storage surface where you can slide your kitchen shirt and pants, lying flat. This space closes with a zipper, and has additional storage spaces on its outer surface. There's a scratch-closed pocket that lets you slip in small utensils such as timers, spatulas...It's followed by transparent velcro pockets with zips. The inner polymer coating makes them easy to clean.

- The middle section features slots for your favorite knives in notches with retaining elastics, complemented by two Velcro fasteners to hold the blades even more securely once the handles are inserted in the bag.

This middle space can also accommodate a completely removable pocket designed in black polypropylene. It is specially designed to hold your cutting equipment. Simply insert the blades into the notches provided, and close the spaces using the snap fasteners. It's a really secure way of keeping your kitchen knives in the sheaths, while protecting your fingers too! You can then insert 8 knives of various types, such as a chef's knife, a bread knife...and you can even insert a cleaver! Thanks to its removable capacity, you can take your knives anywhere in the kitchen, without having to move the whole backpack. What's more, it's a material that's easily washed with a sponge, which is handy for prolonged contact with utensils touching food!

- The right-hand section is a flap that folds down into the center, where you can insert new knives or utensils on the outside of this section. This space features safety elastics to hold the blades in place.

On the inside of this section are 2 zippered mesh pockets.

2nd section:

This is a zippered storage area with several storage compartments. It's the perfect place for a laptop and/or tablet, course or recipe books, order books... What's more, one of the special storage compartments is lined with soft leather, ideal for the fragile surfaces of your electronic devices.

This space also features several small, ultra-practical slots for all your personal accessories, such as glasses, your laptop, your phone charger and so on.

3rd section:

This is the outer surface of the backpack. It has a pocket on each side of the bag where you can slip an umbrella on one side and a small water bottle on the other, for example. On the right-hand pocket, you'll also find a USB port and a universal charger port so you can connect your external battery to your phone, keeping your battery dry and your phone available outside.

Last but not least, we can add that it's made from reinforced, solid, waterproof black polyester, and the zippers have also been coated with polyester to make them waterproof. It's lightweight, and its padded back is really comfortable to wear. The 2 handles are adjustable and also have a padded surface, so you won't skin your shoulders every time you use it! Also, the right-hand handle has a small zipped pocket, perfect for inserting your travel card or credit card!

It has a discreet front handle to take it by hand if the situation calls for it, as well as a handle on the back to hold it in place on a suitcase, ideal if you need to travel with your gear!
