The wide-toothed Benriner replacement blade gives you a quick, easy-to-insert change.

It's made of stainless steel, for long-lasting durability. In fact, this alloy is resistant to corrosion and shocks.

Its overall size is 10.5cm, and it fits the following Benriner mandolins: the extra large push mandolin and the standard push mandolin. It's perfectly normal if the blade is longer than the cutting channel, as the lost edges serve to secure the blade in the holder.

To insert it into your mandoline, simply unscrew the side screws, insert your blade, and retighten the screws.

The wide spacing of the teeth and their size enable you to make French fries or other vegetable sticks.

The Benriner replacement blade must be used with the corresponding Benriner mandoline. We cannot guarantee compatibility between accessories of different brands or models.
