This whisk fromKai is the perfect complement to your kitchen Utensils. It features flat wires with a raised tip, making it ideal for mixing thick liquid sauces in a Frying pan or saucepan. White sauces, such as béchamel sauce or hollandaise sauce, are the ideal type of preparation. These sauces are so viscous that they thicken.

The shape of the wires also makes them ideal for rubbing into the bottom of pots and Frying pan. They fit perfectly around the skirt of cooking Utensils.
