Description

The Redsteel Diamond professional fast knifesharpener sharpens dull, worn knives. It is ideal for use in restaurants and can be adapted to all work methods.

Thanks to the Redsteel Diamond and its crossed pins, your knives will always keep a perfect edge!

The unit can be completely dismantled and cleaned at temperatures of up to 120°!

We recommend wiping your knife dry after using the Redsteel Diamond and before cutting to remove any steel filings that may have formed during sharpening.
