The Mauviel stainless steel rack enhances the functionality of your M'Héritage roasting tray tenfold!
This rack is perfect for adding an extra type of cooking to the M'Héritage copper roasting tray: it lets you easily grill pieces of meat.
The rack is available in 2 sizes:
- 35 x 22 cm: for 35 x 25 cm roasting tray
- 40 x 32 cm: for griddle 40 x 30 cm
The rack is made of high-quality stainless steel. Stainless steel is a material renowned for its robustness, shock resistance and corrosion resistance.
This free-standing rack sits directly in the roasting tray for perfect stability. This also allows the rack to be raised so that air and oven heat circulate well under the meat, while causing excess grease to fall into the plate. This ensures even cooking.
Two handles complete the rack, making it easy and safe to handle. We recommend washing the rack by hand and drying it immediately to preserve it.
