De Buyersquare tart mould with removable base

This tart tin is made of steel, a solid material which, by reaching high temperatures, enables the caramelization of the juices. As a result, your tart dough is crisp and golden-brown. Steel distributes heat evenly throughout the pan, ensuring even cooking.

The pan also features a PTFE coating for non-stick properties. In addition to the removable base, this coating makes it easier to remove your pies from the mold. What's more, PTFE protects your mold from oxidation, simplifying maintenance. This coating is guaranteed PFOA-free, so your tastings are perfectly healthy.

We recommend a few simple steps to protect your mold. Grease your mold before each use to help release it from the mold. Do not use metal or sharp objects in your mold, as they may damage the coating. The mold is not microwave or dishwasher-safe, so wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
