The knives in this series are distinguished by their distinctive cutting edge, which combines unique craftsmanship with innovative technology.
Entirely manufactured on our premises in Albacete, Spain, the set features a blade in nitrum stainless steel, an exclusive nitrogen-rich formula developed by ARCOS, offering greater hardness and powerful cutting power. In addition, each knife features a pronounced cutting edge thanks to Silk-Edge technology. As a result, the total angle of the cutting edge reaches 23/24°: every penetration is facilitated. Chopping vegetables and herbs or slicing meat and fish is child's play. The Nordika set also includes a 100% natural Ovengkol wood handle for each knife, sourced from FSC-certified forests (a non-profit organization responsible for raising awareness of the planet's forest resources).
The Arcos Nordika kitchen set comprises 3 functional knives:
- 1 paring knife: for light tasks such as peeling or cutting small fruits and vegetables
- 1 16cm chef's knife: the all-purpose knife, but small in size! It's perfect because it's still easy to handle, even for novices in the kitchen.
