Here's what the Le Tube Essentiel box contains:

The pressurized plunger is easy to use for pastry enthusiasts and professionals alike. With it, you can garnish, decorate and fill your preparations with precision! Ideal for thick recipes such as mousses, creams and choux pastries.

The container is made of composite polymer and can hold 0.75L of preparation: it is transparent and graduated in cl and oz so you can easily check what's left inside. With its graduated setting wheel (in cl and oz), you can easily measure out your quantities with a simple press on the handle.

Filling the plunger is simple: unscrew the upper part with the syringe to fill the container in the same way as with a conventional socket. The flexible syringe is very practical, as it adapts to the quantity of preparation contained and allows you to stop the flow between 2 presses.

The Essentiel set is complete

The plunger features a composite polymer lid with a "1/4 turn" closing system: you can store your preparations in the fridge!

The Tube also comes with 2 BPA-free Tritan sockets: an 11mm-diameter U8 plain socket and an 11mm-diameter D8 8-tooth fluted socket. All De Buyer Tritan sockets can be used with the Tube.
