De Buyer aluminium perforated plate, rimless, 1.5mm thick

De Buyer' s rimless perforated baking tray makes everyday cooking and baking easy!

Made from 15/10 aluminum, it's 1.5mm thick for maximum strength. This baking tray has no rim, so you can easily place your baking sheet or silicone mold on it, as its surface is optimized. By placing a baking sheet on top, you can lay out a larger quantity of dough or cakes, for example.

We offer the plate in 4 sizes:

- 30 x 20 cm (ideal for a mini oven)

- 40 x 30 cm

- 53 x 32.5 cm

- 60 x 40 cm

This practical baking tray can be used both hot and cold. In the oven, its 3mm-diameter perforations ensure perfect circulation of hot air. This ensures even cooking and crispy dough bases. For cold baking, the plate is ideal for setting preparations such as entremets, as it is freezer and deep-freezer compatible. Suitable for use by professionals as well as amateur cooks and pastry chefs.

This plate is not dishwasher-safe. To clean it, simply use a sponge and washing-up liquid in hot water, then dry well before storing.
