De Buyer 's Elastomoule baking tray for individual cakes is ideal for quick cooking!

This silicone foam tray with 6 or 9 cavities is very practical for making individual savoury or sweet cakes or different flavours. High-quality silicone foam contains metal powder, which contributes to excellent heat or cold conduction in the mold and ensures even baking of your preparations. Thanks to the caramelization of the juices, it gives your cakes and rolls an attractive golden color on top and bottom, as well as an incomparable taste.

The baking tray can withstand temperatures ranging from -70°C to +300°C, making it perfect for baking in the oven or bain-marie, as well as for freezing. You can make delicious salmon terrines, olive and bacon cakes or individual pound cakes.

The interior of the moulds is non-stick, so you can easily remove your creations from the moulds. However, be sure to grease the mold before first use and avoid using sharp utensils. Do not preheat the empty mold. For optimum baking, place your baking tray on a griddle or perforated plate. We recommend that you wash your baking tray by hand and dry it thoroughly before storing.
