To bake your pastries and cookies to perfection, choose the Gobel perforated baking sheet!
First of all, it's made entirely of aluminum, a material that's sturdy, light and durable despite intensive use. Aluminum is also an excellent heat conductor, ensuring ideal baking results.
It features micro perforations that allow air to circulate perfectly for even cooking of your savory or sweet preparations. It can also be used with a silicone mat or baking sheet to prevent sticking after baking.
The edges are very practical: on the one hand, they keep your preparations inside the baking tray, and on the other, they make it easier for you to hold the baking tray when you take it out of the oven for easy handling!
We recommend washing the baking sheet by hand with washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge to avoid scratching.
