Sabatierpossesses ancestral know-how in cutlery. Based in the Thiers basin, the company designs blades that are both functional and high-performance, using innovative processes blended with tradition.
Here's its composition below:
- 1 10 cm paring knife (recommended for cutting small fruits and vegetables).
- 1 18 cm santoku knife (perfect for cutting meat, fish, herbs, vegetables...)
The blades of these knives are made of stainless steel, to be both shockproof and corrosion-resistant. The steel chosen is also nitrogen-reinforced, for a longer-lasting cutting edge and improved corrosion resistance.
The handles are made from olive wood, a natural wood that ensures optimum grip and long-lasting durability. The latter is enhanced by the 3 stainless steel through rivets that hold the entire knife in place.
It is important to note that the blades are forged from a solid piece of steel, which promises high-quality knives. The knives are therefore heavier, fuller and more pleasant to use!
Care: wash by hand to avoid moisture on the wooden handle.
