First and foremost, each of these pieces is made of stainless steel, ensuring high resistance to corrosion. They have been entirely forged, i.e. shaped froma single piece of steel. This process calls for exceptional skills, and will ensure quality Utensils: made by hot stamping (1100°C), the blades will achieve a finesse and strength superior to so-called standard blades. In nitrogen, the blade is also stronger and the cutting edge more durable.
Their steel composition is also specific (designed by Ugitech, an international benchmark in steel and alloy production). Enriched with nitrogen, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, they are all the more resistant to corrosion over the long term.
The steel has been hand-polished, which is rare with modern production processes. These pieces are therefore unique and original!
In addition, the knife's deep-black ABS handle provides a perfect grip and great strength. This strength is further enhanced by the 2 very fine stainless steel through rivets, which ensure pleasant balance and foolproof assembly.
Please note, however, that this knife and pair of pliers should be cleaned by hand, and dried immediately with a soft cloth to preserve their beauty and quality.
