This professional chocolate mold is made from food-grade platinum silicone, offering great flexibility and excellent heat resistance. The plate features flame-shaped cavities, perfect for making refined chocolates to give as gifts or serve at festive events:

Directions for use

Before using for the first time, wash the mold thoroughly in lukewarm water. To obtain a glossy, brittle chocolate, we recommend tempering your chocolate before filling the moulds. After filling, lightly tap the plate to eliminate air bubbles.

After use, cleaning is very simple: the mold is dishwasher-safe or can be washed in hot water with a soft sponge. Avoid using sharp objects to preserve the silicone.
