Thanks to this 23cm cake tin, you can be sure of unmolding your cheesecakes, chocolate fondants or flans cleanly, without the risk of damaging them. The hinges allow you to remove the sides of the mold for perfect presentation.

The mold's non-stick red walls are held in place with silicone seal clips for a watertight seal. No dripping before or during baking.

The walls and clamp are made of flexible, odorless Platinum non-stick silicone. It's a natural silicon-based material for impeccable food hygiene. Platinum silicone is a top-of-the-range material guaranteed to be Bisphenol A and plastic-free.

The bottom of the mold is a ceramic plate. Versatile, it not only bakes the cake, but also saves you the trouble of dirtying extra dishes, as it's a serving dish!

The ceramic plate is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant. Its white color makes the plate an elegant centerpiece for any table.

The entire mold is ovenproof up to +220°C. It is also cold-resistant down to -60°C, which is handy if you need to chill a preparation in the fridge or freezer. Finally, the mold can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
