First and foremost, Gobel is a French company with extensive know-how! Since 1887, it has been offering a wide range of pastry molds for professionals and individuals alike.
This mold is made of resistant, durable steel coated with a two-layer non-stick coating for greater strength and better release from the mold without prior greasing.
In addition to the non-stick coating, the bottom of the utensil is removable for the cleanest possible demolding. In addition, the bottom is covered with micro-perforations to evacuate excess moisture from preparations rich in cream and water (a vegetable quiche, for example), so that the pastry cooks better and retains its crispness!
Finally, the mold is guaranteed PFOA-free for healthy cooking, and can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C.
Care instructions: the mould should be washed by hand with washing-up liquid, without abrasive sponges. Do not use the dishwasher, bain-marie or freezer.
