Description
German quality, this 40 cm grater is ideal for citrus fruits, cheeses and chocolate.
The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel. Two hole sizes are available on this stainless steel blade:
- one half with fine holes: recommended for citrus fruits, zesting oranges, lemons or peppers, or cutting garlic, nutmeg and onions.
- and another half with medium holes: for carrots, cheese, apples and chocolate.
The end of the grater and the handle are non-slip, so you can use it on a flat surface such as a table or worktop. The edges are rounded to prevent injury.

Not much to say about it yet - not much use, but the design and materials seem to promise a long life (our previous grater, with its plastic body, gave up the ghost when faced with an excess of Parmesan cheese). The steel also appears to be of high quality (for a grater, that is), and the cutting edges sufficient.
