This Gourmet Whip siphon can be stored in a bain-marie up to +75°C, and can also be refrigerated. Espumas, crèmes montées and other airy mousses will no longer hold any secrets for you!

A maximum fill indicator is visible on the body of the whipped cream siphon. It's ideal for preparing small quantities up to 0.5L. This siphon is ideal for preparing verrines, sweet and savory mignardises and individual pastries.

Practical, this siphon comes with 3 decorative nozzles so you can make your most beautiful creations:

- plain tip: perfect for filling pastries or vegetables

- fluted tip: to create pretty stars on your desserts or plates

- tulip tip: to create elegant flowers to decorate your recipes

This siphon also features a capsule holder for easy storage of gas cartridges (not included). With its anti-slip silicone coating, this capsule holder is perfectly ergonomic.

A robust siphon for long-term use
