Description

This Gobel muffin tin is perfect for making beautiful muffins! It can be adapted to sweet or savoury recipes as you wish!

Made of tinplate, this mold is sturdy! It's shock-resistant and durable. What's more, this material allows you to bake your muffins evenly, as tinplate is an excellent thermal conductor. So heat is evenly distributed throughout your preparations. Your muffins will be perfectly colored, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

To ensure that nothing sticks to the sides, it's important to butter the tin before use.

The mold can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C. For maintenance, we recommend hand-washing with water, using the soft side of the sponge to avoid scratching the utensil.

Its dimensions are 7 cm in diameter and 3.5 cm high for generous muffins!
