Mainly used for carving, it can also be used for aperitifs to present your platters of charcuterie and cheese. Olive is a strong wood with a unique grain, being a living material. And since each board is handcrafted, it has a unique complexion and contours. This wood species is very dense, so it doesn't absorb food odors and resists stains.

Care: Hand-wash only. Avoid the dishwasher to preserve the quality of the wood. Regular maintenance with vegetable oil or wax is recommended to maintain its shine.
