De Buyer Prim'Appety Cookware

A stainless steel body and a high-performance sandwich-style bottom

Prim’Appety cookware is made with an 18/10 stainless steel body. This alloy offers good resistance to corrosion and repeated use, while maintaining a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. Stainless steel does not alter the taste of food and is suitable for preparing a variety of dishes, from sauces to slow-cooked meals. Their sandwich bottom, also known as a composite bottom, consists of a thick layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. The aluminum promotes heat transfer and distribution across the bottom of the cookware, while the ferritic stainless steel layer ensures compatibility with induction cooktops. This construction helps prevent overly localized hot spots and allows for more even cooking.

Versatile cookware for everyday cooking

De Buyer cookware makes it easy to prepare a wide variety of recipes, from appetizers to desserts. The frying pan is perfect for searing meat, browning vegetables, or cooking fish. The sauté pan offers more depth for sautéing ingredients before letting them simmer in a sauce. It’s also handy for preparing hearty stir-fries. With the stainless steel saucepan, you can heat milk, make béchamel sauce, cook rice, or reduce a sauce. The stockpot and large pot are ideal for soups, pasta, vegetables, and family-sized dishes that require a larger capacity. As for the braising pot, it’s perfect for gently cooking meats, poultry, or tender vegetables. Discover our selection of cookware at Knifeleader.eu!
