Affil Collection: robust, durable materials
First and foremost, the blades of Affil knives are made from nitrogen-reinforced stainless steel , guaranteeing even greater strength. With a hardness of 57/59 HRC, each blade has a long-lasting cutting edge and is easy to sharpen (with a sharpening steel, for example). The handles of Affil knives are made of POM (a polymer often used for kitchen Utensils ), and are ergonomically shaped for optimum grip. Each handle is crossed by 3 brass rivets, which are more durable and easier to maintain.
In this respect, the brand strongly recommends hand-washing and immediate drying with a soft cloth to preserve the sharpness of the blade and the knife as a whole.
The combination of all these materials makes for a collection of reliable, durable and comfortable knives, perfect for regular use in professional settings! Don't hesitate any longer and equip yourself with these Affil 32 Dumas knives in just a few clicks on KnifeLeader.eu!
