Description
Easily make 12 muffins or cupcakes with De Buyer ' s non-stick steel plate!
This plate contains 12 7.8 x 3 cm moulds, evenly distributed to ensure perfect circulation of hot air throughout the mould. It is made of steel, a robust material renowned for its even heat distribution and uniform baking. During baking, the plate reaches high temperatures that caramelize the juices: your muffins are golden and moist.
The griddle features a PTFE non-stick coating for easy cake removal. It also protects the steel from oxidation, making it easy to clean. It is advisable, however, to grease your mold before each filling to avoid unpleasant surprises when unmolding. PTFE is guaranteed PFOA-free, which means you can enjoy your cakes without risk to your health.
Your muffin tray can be placed in the oven up to +220°C without risk of warping. However, it is not microwave or dishwasher-safe, so cleaning must be done by hand using a non-abrasive sponge. The use of sharp or metallic objects is also to be avoided, as they could damage your plate.
