Description
The De BuyerElastomoule for 12 mini muffins is a delight for amateur and professional bakers alike!
With its 12 cavities, the mold can be used to make miniature versions of muffins, savory cakes, custards and jellies. It's made from top-quality silicone foam with metal powder for perfect convection of heat or cold throughout the mold. The mold can withstand temperatures ranging from -70°C to +300°C, and can be used in a conventional oven or placed in a freezer.
Heat conduction is enhanced by the presence of the R'SYSTEM in the mold, i.e. perforations distributed over its entire surface. When baking, we recommend placing the mold on a perforated grid or plate for even baking. The juices caramelize, giving your cakes a beautiful golden color and an incomparable taste.
The inside of the mold cavities is smooth and non-stick. So you don't have any trouble unmolding your cakes, nor do you need to grease your mold before every use except the first. To preserve the effectiveness of your Elastomoule, do not use sharp objects. The mold is dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing is recommended for longer enjoyment.
The design and manufacture of De BuyerElastomoules De Buyer100% French, and 7 MOf and/or world pastry champions have drawn up a recipe sheet supplied with each mold.
