De BuyerElastomoule silicone mini muffin mould 9 or 15 cavities

Chorizo muffins or blueberry muffins, vary the flavours of your mini muffins with the De Buyermould!

The De BuyerElastomoule mini muffin mould is, like the rest of the range, made from high-quality silicone foam. It's made up of air micro-bubbles that help distribute heat or coolness throughout the mold. As the muffin cooks, the juices caramelize, giving it a beautiful golden color on and under the muffin and an inimitable taste. This makes it ideal for both professional and private use.

The silicone foam is embellished with metal powder, making the mold resistant to temperatures ranging from -70°C to +300°C, making it ideal for baking in the oven or bain-marie, or for freezing. Metal also conducts heat. To optimize baking, place the tin on a rack or perforated baking tray. Prepare your muffins in advance and bake them as soon as you need them!

The inside of the moulds is smooth and naturally non-stick, so there's no need to grease your mould except before its first use. The corners of the muffins are marked for impeccable presentation. Be careful not to use sharp objects in your mold, which could damage it.

The mold is available in 2 sizes:

- 9 mini muffins: impression size: 4.5 x 3 cm; mould size: 21 x 17.6 cm; weight: 170g

- 15 mini muffins: impression size: 4.5 x 3 cm; tin size: 30 x 17.6 cm; weight: 240g

We recommend hand-washing your mold, even if it's dishwasher-safe. A recipe sheet written by 7 MOF and/or world pastry champions is included!
