These clips are accompanied by an automatic pressurization valve, guaranteeing a perfectly hermetic closure of the case. Thanks to this feature, the risk of accidental opening is considerably reduced. You're also assured of a secure closure that effectively protects your equipment against theft. You can even add a padlock if you wish, as a slot is provided.

The lid of the Caravel Compact knife case features foam padding for optimum protection of your kitchen utensils and knives. It's possible that the case may be subjected to shocks during transport. Thanks to this foam, your equipment is protected from such shocks.

2 foam padding compartments inside the case offer several levels of storage for your gear. Pre-cut into cubes, the foam is modular to adapt to the different elements of your equipment, such as a sharpening steel, knives, scales or a steak press.

The closed case measures 572 x 425 x 144 mm, allowing you to store numerous utensils inside. It is therefore ideal for use by pastry chefs, fishmongers, chefs, caterers...

Finally, it features a handle on the side. Its rounded shape makes it easy and comfortable to hold.
