The truffle mandolin for professionals and individualsThe truffle cutter is the ideal accessory for cutting truffles, an exceptional mushroom. This delicate delicacy requires the utmost care when cutting, both to fully enjoy all its flavors and to avoid wasting it. Since Ambrogio Sanelli specializes in cutting Utensils, it has developed a stainless steel blade for its truffle mandolins, with a razor-sharp edge. The truffle mandolin cuts truffles cleanly and quickly, and is available with a smooth or wavy edge to meet all your needs. The efficiency of the truffle cutter is such that you can also use it to cut slices of vegetables, other mushrooms, or simply to make cheese or chocolate shavings. What's more, you can adjust the thickness of the slices, from 0.2 to 3mm, using a thumbwheel. Ambogio Sanelli has thought of everything!
Sanelli Ambrogio also offers accessories to facilitate truffle preparation and cutting. The truffle brush cleans truffles before cutting. The model offered by the Italian brand features natural-fiber bristles that preserve the truffle while effectively removing impurities. To cut the truffle, you can use the protective glove with three-finger reinforcement to prevent injury. Ambrogio Sanelli offers a wide range of professional kitchen knives, and has developed essential accessories to store them safely and transport them easily. The wheeled knife case is perfect for professionals on the move. It's both sturdy and lightweight, yet made from 100% recycled plastic. Knives are cushioned inside with foam padding to prevent them from falling out and getting damaged during transport. A wide range of professional equipment awaits you on our site!
