The truffle Kitchen mandolin for wavy slices
This truffle slicer is an utensil with a professional blade. It is made of stainless steel, which resists shock and corrosion. Thanks to its razor-sharp cutting edge, it ensures fast, clean cuts, and its wavy shape allows you to create original truffle slices. What's more, this serrated blade is perfect for cutting black truffles, which have a robust skin.
Thanks to the efficiency of the blade, you can also use your Kitchen mandolin for other kitchen purposes. Its versatility allows you to cut not only chocolate or cheese shavings, but also slices of other mushrooms or vegetables.
What's more, you can adjust the thickness of slices from 0.2 to 3mm using the knob on the side of the Kitchen mandolin. You cut the whole truffle, avoiding wastage, and adjust the cut to suit your tastes or the needs of your recipe.
This Kitchen mandolin was manufactured by the family firm Ambrogio Sanelli, founded in 1864, which specializes in kitchen knives and cutting Utensils. The brand has laser-engraved its logo on the bottom of the Kitchen mandolin for addedauthenticity.

The handle and blade support are made of stainless steel, always with a view to corrosion resistance and sturdiness. You benefit from a long-lasting, reliable Kitchen mandolin. The handle and support have a one-piece design, i.e. they are made from a single piece of steel. This reinforces the Kitchen mandolin's solidity.
The octagonal shape of the handle gives the truffle cutter an elegant appearance and a very good grip. Two notches are provided on the sides of the Kitchen mandolin, facilitating handling.
