The blade of each of these knives is made of NITRUM® forged stainless steel (the brand's special alloy). Enriched with nitrogen, it achieves a hardness of 57 HRC on the Rockwell scale, giving you a remarkable cutting edge. These knives offer the perfect balance between edge quality and ease of sharpening. They are also highly resistant to bacterial attack.

Forged blades are the guarantee of quality knives with long-lasting strength (as they have no welding points that could weaken them). Knives are also more balanced.

Handles in POM (high-quality polymer) in black ensure pleasant use of the knives. This material is notably resistant to scratches, shocks and temperature variations (from -40 to +150°C). The POM is complemented by 3 stainless steel rivets that hold it to the full tang blade (which extends to the end of the handle).
