Arcos kitchen knives are designed for professionals and enthusiasts alike, who create their own recipes at home. They are high-performance, functional and intuitive, for pleasurable use every time.
The Arcos Natura series, made in Spain, features knives that are both high-performance and stylish, just like the rest of the brand's knives. They are crafted from quality materials, using century-old know-how. This series of knives features all the main functions you'll need to vary your cuts.
This 16cm chef's knife allows you to perform a wide range of actions, as it is a highly versatile model. It can chop, mince or minced various types of food.
Its blade is made of NITRUM®stainless steel, an alloy concentrated in nitrogen to increase the blade's hardness (this is a special composition by the manufacturer). It boasts a strength of 57 HRC, giving you a marked edge over the long term, while remaining easy to sharpen when needed. It's a very good steel for everyday use, for example.
The knife is forged, i.e. made from a single bar of solid steel. It is then heated and pressed into its final shape. Since it comes from a single block, it's much stronger, with no sticking points that could weaken it over time.
The handle is made of rosewood, a dense, moisture-resistant exotic wood. Its warm nuances lend it great elegance. The handle is completed by 3 stainless steel rivets.
Last but not least, we can't fail to notice its pure, timeless style! The mix of materials also provides a nice contrast, giving it a touch of authenticity with the warm wood of rosewood.
Wash by hand, then dry immediately to avoid prolonged contact with moisture. That way, you'll take good care of it for the long term.
