Arcos Spanish knives are designed to suit professionals and home enthusiasts alike. They are powerful, functional and intuitive to use. You'll realize this from the very first use.
The Arcos Natura range features knives that are both high-performance and stylish, just like the rest of the Spanish brand's knives. They are crafted from quality materials, using hundreds of years of know-how. The knife series features all the main functions you'll need to be versatile in the kitchen.
This 20cmBread knife features a serrated blade that slices bread, crusts and crumb to perfection. They won't spoil and are cut into clean slices. You can also make cuts on your brioches, and even divide your entremets.
The steel used for the blade is NITRUM® stainless, an alloy concentrated in nitrogen that increases the blade's hardness (this is a special composition by the manufacturer). It has a strength of 57 HRC, giving you a sharp edge over the long term. It's a very good steel for everyday use.
The knife is forged, i.e. made from a single bar of solid steel. It is then heated and pressed into its final shape. Since it comes from a single block, it is much stronger, with no sticking points that could weaken it over the long term.
The handle of this knife is made of rosewood, a dense exotic species that resists the effects of humidity. Its warm nuances lend it a great deal of elegance. The handle is completed by 3 stainless steel rivets.
One of the Natura knife 's greatest assets is its design, which is both dynamic and timeless. The mix of materials also provides a nice contrast, giving it a touch of authenticity with the warm wood of rosewood.
Wash by hand, then dry immediately to avoid prolonged contact with moisture. That way, you'll take good care of it for the long term.
