Description
Whether classic, sausage or polka, grignage is the key to a successful loaf. With this Super Grignette, you can create these 3 types of grignage and many more personalized designs.
The interchangeable stainless steel blade can be placed in 2 different positions. So you can take advantage of all 4 cutting edges. To change the blade, simply remove the small screw that holds it in place.
The blade holder is made of yellow synthetic material. It's easy to grip for clean, precise incisions - essential for perfect nibbling.
The tool comes with a protective cover for added safety and a pack of 10 blades for extended use. What's more, the perforation at the end of the blade holder lets you hang the utensil for a perfectly organized work surface!

Functional, sturdy construction, good price for this quality. Even a roast beef like me is able to embellish his loaves AND hold back his fingers!
