This set of 3 Zwilling Fresh & Save glass bowls offers you a high-performance, practical and connected sous vide storage solution. With its advanced sealing technology, smart QR code and compatibility with the Zwilling Culinary World app, it offers precise, extended management of your food's freshness. All in a stackable, modular format, ideal for well-organized kitchens!

Three formats for all your kitchen needs

The set comprises 3 bowls in different sizes to cover all your needs:

• S: Ø 12cm - Height: 8.1cm - capacity: 350mL - 410g

• : Ø 18cm - Height: 13cm - capacity: 1.75L - 1.09kg

• : Ø 24cm - Height: 15.8cm - capacity: 4L - 2.1kg

Made from clear borosilicate glass, the bowls are sturdy and resistant to thermal variations, making them ideal for intensive daily use. They can be :

• Oven up to +180°C (without lid)
• Microwave
• Freezer down to -20°C
• Dishwasher (without lid)

Their stackable format makes for easy, space-saving storage in cupboards, fridge or freezer.

Innovative lids for 5 times longer shelf life

Each bowl features a BPA-free synthetic lid, with :

• A vacuum valve
• A silicone gasket ensuring a double seal
• An integrated QR code for tracking shelf life via the Zwilling Culinary World app

Using the Fresh & Save pump (sold separately), air is extracted from the bowl in seconds. This system blocks oxidation and maintains freshness, texture and nutrients up to 5 times longer than conventional preservation.

The QR code is practical for :

• Scan each bowl individually
• Record contents and use-by date
• Receive expiryalerts

Thanks to the Fresh & Save system, you can optimally manage your meals, reducing food waste for greater peace of mind.

Simple operation and easy maintenance

To take full advantage of the Fresh & Save system:

• Fill the glassbowl with your preparations
• Close the lid tightly
• Place the pump on the valve (not included) to activate vacuuming
• Scan the QR code with the Zwilling Culinary World app to save the contents

If you don't have the Fresh & Save vacuum pump, the set can also be used as a simple set of classic containers.

Maintenance couldn't be easier:

• Bowls are dishwasher-safe
• Lids are hand-washable in warm, soapy water
• Regularly clean the gasket and valve to maintain watertightness
• Carefully dry lids after washing
